We had a recent one-night stay with three rooms. We arrived at 11:00, and understandably, the rooms were not ready. They said one would be ready at noon, and they kept extending it out until all three rooms were not ready at 3 p.m., the guaranteed check-in time. We finally got our rooms around 4 pm. This was a total failure on the front desk's part, and the stringing along was unwarranted. We overheard them walking people to other hotels being oversold. Once we got the rooms, we found them to be very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was at total capacity, which showed on the beach area and all the people in the lobby waiting for their rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Had they not been at total capacity, this would have been a decent hotel.
