thanks turnips, and thanks for the honest and civil feedback. Maybe the selling point is in the duration of the trip + size of luggage. If you can avoid carrying a checked luggage in a 2 week trip, then it makes more sense.

The emergency case is something we have thought of. It's tough though, as we would have to have enough availability so as to make that particular service quite costly. But it's something that could be handled if we had along a more stable service that provides the stock and transportation services.

We're currently testing the service in a closed pilot. So far, we haven't had any issues delivering in hotels or relay points for airbnbs. But I do agree that transportation/ logistics is a stressing and uncertain operation. So far it's been working for us and we're confident efficiencies of scale should make it both economical and profitable.
