Interestingly, I mentioned a little while ago that our LHR-LAX Club flights booked via BAH posted Avios accrual at the revenue rate (as if a cash flight only booking) and not the old distance and class of travel which BAH should still be using. Return from SFO posted correctly. This resulted in us (family of 4) being awarded around 25000 less Avios.
I have reached out to BAH - agent stated not our issue. Exec Club Gold line initially stated could not help it was BAH issue but second agent said back office 'should' sort it. Won't hold my breath.
Has anyone experienced this and managed to get it resolved?
