Hello,

I understand from the website that points redemption should be possible on any hotel booking through an option on the payment screen. I can’t get this to appear for any hotel I try despite having 50k+ points and being logged in. All I see is an option to pay by credit card. Any idea how I can redeem my points? Not getting any responses from Radisson customer support.
