My QRPC PLT experience is different from the OP's. I was PLT for a couple of years before the pandemic, and recently attained it again. When I was PLT before, I felt that I was regularly treated a bit better, and that the staff was a bit more attentive, all in undocumented and un-guaranteed ways. for example, see my experience at CDG here. I had similar experiences on the few occasions on which I had to call QRPC, here's an example. Perhaps I was imagining it, but I felt that I was treated better as a PLT.
