Thanks for sharing this with us, I've filled out the survey.
I travel 2-4 times per month, carry-on always, and like others I am fairly confident that I wouldn't use this.
There's already clothing rental services if I was interested in something new. Saving time/effort doesn't click since the risk is non-zero of the clothes not arriving, not fitting, or not being suitable. Since I don't check a bag I don't have concerns about my bag disappearing along the way (though even if I did, to be fair, I trust the airline to deliver my bag FAR more than I'd trust a courier or similar to deliver rented clothes to my hotel).
Where I could see this being useful is for things like shoes (take up a lot of space, lower risk of bad fit), winter coats (similar), and if I could swap out dirty clothes for you to clean while I have some loaners temporarily (but would want the turnaround to be 1-2 days like a hotel laundry). What about an emergency kit of essentials for people who've had their bags go missing, with ASAP delivery? Probably more of an overhead for you, but might command the premium to support it.
The idea is interesting but I think the solid value add or selling point isn't quite there... The upside isn't huge, it's not hard to buy something you've forgotten. The potential downsides are significant though if things don't arrive, don't fit, hotel rejects the package, etc
