I'm also part of the luggage fiasco. I was on BA 368 LHR to MRS. In MRS they told us 80 pieces of luggage were not loaded. The sorting system were out of service or had at least some trouble. Also my luggage hasn't arrived in MRS.

I told them in MRS they have to deliver it to my home address. I'm not willing/haven't the time to going back to the airport and pick up my luggage. Right now my luggage seems to be on the way from MRS via LHR to ZRH. Tomorrow, maybe I wll be reunited with my luggage again. If someone doesn't deliver, I'm forcing them to deliver.
