We had the same menu IAD to CDG as Robert in post #631 for our Aug. 30 flight. Our lobster/fennel starter had small orange slices instead of grapefruit, and was really good. Probably the best dish I have ever had on an airplane. My chicken was fine - the sauce was good and kept the chicken from tasting dry - just needed a bit more of the sauce. I would order it again. My husband reports that his beef was OK, but more well done than he prefers.
