FRA MLL is indeed accessible by Dragon Pass, does not even need to be a Star Alliance flight, up to 2 hours before departure time. Bizarre but true.
The CDG MLL was also accessible wiht Priority Pass when it was operating. I assume FRA/CDG makes sense to partner with a lounge pass provider given the number of AC flights in/out and the fixed cost to operate the MLL.
