Are the "Accruals for this Trip" on the UA app accurate?

Right now, I have around 7600 PQPs already credited to my account. I have one more international trip on Polaris in mid-December that will net me PQPs enough to bring to total to 10,014 PQPs after those two flights.

Are those accrual estimates accurate so that I do not have to worry about being just a few PQPs short of making it to Gold?
