I would say the mattress is of medium firmness. Definitely not rock-hard as the Japanese hotels ones, but also not soft as your typical US hotel ones. I'm afraid the napping chairs in the lounge are not the most comfortable ... tough decisions. But I suspect you would be more on the disappointed side on the suite based on your comments and expectations.
I am almost tempted (if it would fit in my suitcase) to have a 3" dormeo mattress topper sent with my luggage - and then use it on top of the mattress in the private suite.
is that a solution? or Marie Antoinette madness?
