I’ve left feedback on the BA website asking them to add MFA settings to the rest of the account security settings, I also filled in a web form sometime back asking how to change my MFA settings but have heard nothing back. When I get some free time I’ll have to call up and see if anyone in customer services knows how to do it. If I find out, I will post the information here.
Has anyone had any success with how to change your MFA settings, or add to MS Authenticator on a new device? Just spoke to customer service who didn't understand the problem and seemed incredulous that I don't get a mobile signal at home (though I can of course do wifi calling) but either way I choose to use authenticator and I should get an option to generate a new QR code to set up a new device, but it alludes me!
