So it seems that the bed is indeed hard (and I like a medium memory foam bed as a hard bed I feel my hips and shoulders end up hurting).
Curb less showers are stupid. There, I said it. I don't care if it looks cool when water goes over the floor. Give me a 2 1/4" curb any day of the week. And a huge 36" x 60" bath mat big enough i can drip all over it without getting the immediate floor around me wet.
Low water flow is also a disappointment. Who cares if you have a big shower head if the water flow is sparse?
In fact, at 800 euros for three hours, they should have had heated bathroom floors.

I recognize it is a convenience factor, but I still want extreme comfort and pampering for that kind of money.
So the debate in my head is - do I spend 800 euros in the hopes of a nap which might not be comfortable at all on a hard bed, just to have some privacy?
I am rapidly starting to think not.

I may end up just reading a book or two, trying to nap in a chair in the general LaP area and praying I don't get a sore neck.
I would say the mattress is of medium firmness. Definitely not rock-hard as the Japanese hotels ones, but also not soft as your typical US hotel ones. I'm afraid the napping chairs in the lounge are not the most comfortable ... tough decisions. But I suspect you would be more on the disappointed side on the suite based on your comments and expectations.
