That's interesting but also incredibly pertinent since so much housing is planned under existing flight paths and surely under the 5th runway paths which likely don't get nearly the noise today. Somewhere all submitted noise complaints are online and there are plenty from the South Riding / Aldie / Brambleton area with the standard westerly departures. A second runway over there running parallel takeoffs at peak hours would not be welcomed. Plus the growth in the One Loudoun area is right under the paths for the two main north/south runways.
