Adjusting for inflation since 2019, I think this is essentially a return of the Ex-EU deals that made many of us into BA Gold members!

The fare permits up to a 2 month stay - beyond this the price seems to jump. I presume as a 'P' fare it doesn't get class of travel lounge access.
