Obviously every car contributes, but I think the worse ones aren't likely metro customers -e.g., the families with several suitcases where it takes a few minutes to unload. If I'm just carrying on I can be out of the taxi and to the curb in under a minute, but if I'm with family for a longer trip and have several bags it can be a few minutes to unload them all and haul them to the curb. And we're light packers relative to some of the international travelers who appear to be bringing their entire life back to India, Ethiopia, Middle East, etc.
