1. SAN-LAX and LAX-SAN codeshare flights listed as CO flight numbers do not automatically post to OP account. You then send a mileage credit request and generally get a reply stating need to send in the boarding pass and ticket number to receive credit. Extra work especially when in fact it is a co.com booking.

2. Change the 100% EQMs for co.com bookings only on discounted fares to all bookings thru corporate agency. Seems like a penalty if you need to follow a company's travel policy.

3. Show what flights have R available on co.com so one can book a ticket without having to call support prior to booking ticket if one wants a mileage upgrade or possible EUA on flight.

4. Put reward reservation in "real time" sync on co.com vs reservation system.
Many times flights come up with 'error message, flight no longer available select another', yet you have no clue what segment is not available and need to have support look at reservation system to select what you can book. This is especially true with standard rewards in F.

5. Eliminate/Develop a fair system to get BF seats for HI and international without having to play the last minute wait and see and other gate gates, as well all the extra add on costs.
