Given the last few CEOs were determined not to continue with the franchsing model, I never understood why Sun Air lasted so long. Must have been one helluva long term contract signed back in the day as BA stepped away from franchising and even threw Loganair into a period of uncertainty when they wouldn't renew a UK based operator that could actually feed BA flights.
