Still no response on this unfortunately, I have another booking for my other half coming back on a different day, and hers has priced up, but mine is apparently now stuck in the fares queue. Two days in a row have been told to call back "tomorrow". Will try a final time tomorrow and then see if they'll put it back in the queue again.
