Thank you so much for the great writeup! That and the pictures make me want to use this private lounge, but for the price, I'd still go to a city hotel (or even an airport hotel) for a longer layover, though I suppose AF is appealing to the convenience factor. But still, with a three-hour limit...it makes the decision to stay in a hotel MUCH easier.
