I got an answer from Thai Airways office in Stockholm. "We still use SAS lounge."
I asked for more information which one of the two lounges but no answer.
When you buy a ticket in Royal Silk roundtrip ARN-BKK for more than 30 000-35 000 SEK at last you should have access to the goldlounge.

The Star Alliance should as soon as possible open a new lounge at ARN with access for Star Alliance gold member. It should have been opened already now!!
