I am here now to and can say the resort is great and our curator has been very helpful. We did a floating breakfast today and 2 mins into it the monkeys showed up and took our food. The curator made sure we got a refund and was very apologetic which was not even her fault. But overall the staff has gone above and beyond. I do agree that furniture might be a bit dirty already for being a new hotel but feel like that’s just Bali and some of the weather here. If you see my walking around in a blue Phila hat say hi.
