interesting review. I am currently staying here and have found it nothing but top notch. I booked the Garden View Villa on points but was upgraded upon arrival to the partial OV as a Hilton Gold. The staff have been outstanding and have accommodated all requests. A member of staff personally escorted me to my villa where my welcome letter was awaiting. I was informed of the 25% food and beverage credit upon check-in.
I do agree that stains on the furniture are an issue that should be corrected. But at the end of the day, this resort is a steal at 85K points per night,
I am here now to and can say the resort is great and our curator has been very helpful. We did a floating breakfast today and 2 mins into it the monkeys showed up and took our food. The curator made sure we got a refund and was very apologetic which was not even her fault. But overall the staff has gone above and beyond. I do agree that furniture might be a bit dirty already for being a new hotel but feel like that’s just Bali and some of the weather here. If you see my walking around in a blue Phila hat say hi.
