I am guessing this is due to Alaska's recent internal system update, but it currently appears to be impossible to book an Alaska award flight using AA miles. When I click Pay Now, the site goes to the loading interstitial screen, then pops right back to the Pay Now screen with no indication of any error in the information filled out. Same happens in the AA app. Anyone else seeing the same?
