Band 4 EFL-LHR this evening

Both I and teenager #1 took the precaution of ordering the HNML after the outbound chicken debacle.

Out came a very tasty butter chicken. No bread roll though (had to beg for one) and no crackers for my cheese (which apparently you don’t get with a special meal). I asked for crackers anyway and some were eventually produced. No idea about the dessert, it tasted like oats and custard.

We were in row 8 and to our complete surprise, Mr TL and teenager #2 got the pork as there were loads loaded. It was however not crispy, but was acceptable. I forgot to get a photo of it.

However, the champagne (which I think was NF) only lasted until row 5 and no more was forthcoming.

The crew seemed intent on only doing 1 bar run so everyone got double their order from the bar and that was it 🙄. Captain had his foot on the gas and we landed 25 minutes early but at a bus gate which negated the early arrival.
