I keep meaning to post: I had a duplicate billing issue that was at *least* 90% my fault, with some small bit possibly due to PayPal and an oddity with whatever other subscription merchant processor they use. When I realized how badly I'd screwed up and how long I'd let it go for, I begged for mercy and asked them to credit me with some portion of it as extra subscription time. Instead, they went above and beyond and refunded *all* the extra charges my initial brainfart and long-term obliviousness had caused. I had no expectation of actually being credited back anything, I was just hoping for them to take pity on me and treat some of my duplicates as prepayment. I just wanted to make sure I spoke up here to let everyone know how well they responded to an issue that was not their fault in the least.
Edit: also, with respect to the recent mention of mixed cabins - I *love* that it retrieves those, and make use of the filter to make sure the rough segments are comfy.
