I do not know if I am doing this correctly but here goes.

I am flying to Barcelona from Austin TX on American.

I have to change planes in Miami and have a couple of questions.

I do need to check a bag in Austin. Do I need to collect in Miami and then check to Barcelona or does American do that for me.

And I arrive Miami on a. domestic flight but leaving on an international flight still on staying with American. Do I have to change from American Domestic Terminal to American International Terminal? Is it easy to change terminals? Do you take elevators, escalators, people walkers? Is there clear signage?

Do I go through immigration before getting on the plane to Barcelona? Do I have to go through security again? What is it like?

I have Global Entry but that also includes TSA Pre. I am Advantage and have a Citi Credit Card.
