Delta, Virgin and United all seemed to come up more expensive on Kayak. What are the additional seat costs on those 3? Maybe taking into account paying extra for allocated seating with BA and AA maybe there won't be such a price difference?
I think just economy would be fine for us unless we could find a good deal on PE.
