Yes. I would add that if there is a BA operated lounge in the relevant terminal and especially if you are rebooked on the day, then the BA lounge may well let you in in those circumstances. (Certainly if you're in the lounge already and indeed if it's a lounge agent that rebooks you, you're not gonna get chucked out.)

But if it's a different terminal, or the lounge is not BA operated, or this is all done in advance, you are unlikely to get status-based access on a non-OW airline.
