Doubt it. You will get that to which you are entitled under the rebooked ticket. That may work to your advantage or disadvantage depending upon your circumstances. For example, if I am booked on a BA flight in Economy and I have no status, but I am rebooked with Aegean, with whom I do have *G, then serendipitously I will get Lounge access with my rebooked flight.
The baggage allowance should remain the same on the rebooked ticket. Check the reissued e-ticket receipt.
