are we talking OW or non OW rebooking?

no OW status based lounge access if the other airline is not OW. BA can issue 125 tickets on may airlines, it does not mean you get lounge access unless you have status or booked in a cabin that gets lounge access

re baggage, the other airline will probably charge you if you have excess luggage, you could then submit a claim to BA to get your money back
