I made a third party travel agent (trip.com) booking for Shenzhen air and got a PNR and e ticket number. I usually try to find the booking on the airline manage my booking to verify everything is correct, but the official website doesn't recognise the e ticket number or PNR.

I tried to find the booking on check my trip and it also couldn't find the booking via Pnr.

Trip.com said it's because third party bookings can't be checked on the airline website, but is there any other way to view the booking on any platforms?

There doesn't seem to be an international contact centre number, all the international booking numbers for their website are for air china instead which is really weird and the agent said they can't access shenzhenair bookings
