CPH has tons of third-party lounges (PriorityPass etc.), but they are all pretty terrible. The SK lounge is the only (relatively) good one.
ARN has the new Pontus Amex lounge, which is pretty amazing. But it requires an Amex Platinum/Centurion card. It's significantly better than the SK lounges.
OSL only has one non-SK lounge, the "OSL lounge". You get access through Amex, possibly PriorityPass and other programs. It's better than nothing, but quite dark.
