You know, I was going to rag on TravelManKen as I can tell you countless stories of experiences with India-based CSRs that will make the milk curdle. But then I read the rest of the thread and about two-thirds of you folks must be drinking something that can probably not be sold legally in most counties. Have you considered that most of United problems could be solved by outsourcing *everything* to India? I don't see why Indian companies could not perform maintenance or staff cabins and cockpits? I know, I know! You'll say that's crazy but, to quote a previous poster in this thread: If it keeps the company flying, why not? Or, to paraphrase history: "We had to destroy the airline in order to save it!"
