I booked an AA award flight today using Mileage Plan miles, and the reservation is inaccessible on the Alaska site/app (website error message says it cannot be managed online, app message says reservation does not exist). Also, when searching for flights to book via the Alaska app, when I type SAN or even fully type “San Diego,” the default airport now populates as… CLD (?!?!?!?!?). There are no curse words in the English language vile enough to convey my feelings about this.
Had the same thing happen to me. I called res and they forwarded it on to support and told me it was in queue to be fixed and would happen by end of day. It was fixed by the time I checked the next morning. Maybe worth a phone call. For what it’s worth my res was a one way AS flight on AS so I couldn’t access the res at all to select seats or pre order food.
