The booking.com points seems like the best way to get higher status. The Cardless Mastercard elite gives up to 9000 points but according to the Latam site none of those would count towards Black Signature since all points needs to come from flights. But they count booking.com points as you have shown so the site is misleading unless they have different rules for residents of other countries.
MIA has a big SS team, they escort you through airport security in Miami, and allow you to pre-board the plan before official boarding starts; they have no cars/shuttles in MIA. GRU doesn't have special security lines but they also help you pre-board and they have shuttles when you have a remote stand, when arriving or departing. SS agents are woman dressed in red costumes, who are there only to assist Black Signatures. Some are men, dressed in a full blue suit with a tie.
Priority for companion upgrade is the highest, same as for any BS, they get listed with Black Signature status.
