I had to transfer 360K bonvoy points for 144K JMB miles (SFO--> NRT in Nov). Marriott only allows 240K per day, so had to break it up over two days. It took two days for my JMB miles to show up in my account. Availability seemed plentiful, so I wasn't too worried.
