Yes, the issue has not been resolved. Jetstream shows a discrepancy. The “My Dashboard” tab shows a zero balance, but the “My UATP” tab shows the correct balance (that matches the balance quoted in the e-mail United for Business PassPlus sent, saying the issue was “identified and resolved”). Tried to book a ticket this morning and got something like “transaction couldn’t be completed due to issue with credit card”. The ticket price was less than my remaining balance, so there should have been no issue.

Sent note to PassPlus. Kept screenshot of rez I was trying to book to make sure they honor price.

I was thinking of booking w/ my usual CC and ask UA to rebate the amount out of my UATP funds, but I'm sure that would fly like a Lead Zeppelin.
