I agree. That was just an example. For HNL-LAX I was told it is available for 80,000 miles, but the awards chart says it is 25,000/50,000. Then I asked on the chat and they said that it was not available at all. I'm going to try calling again later, but every person that I talk to says something different. I wish I could upgrade online.
