Is anyone else having a UATP problem? I got an email about a week ago that they were having problems calculating UATP balances. I got an email about two days ago saying everything was fixed. Today I was trying to use my funds to purchase a pass plus secure ticket and it kept getting rejected. When I log into the site, it says I have a -$800 balance. My balance actually should be +23,000. I emailed Passplus support which seems to be the only way to communicate with them. It said I could expect a response within two days. It’s a little bit of a bummer because I need to get a ticket short term. Just wondering if anyone else is going through this.
