Since United is going to start flying to DEL again, why not train the India Customer Service Unit to be the best. Let this Customer service unit set the pace for the rest of the airline with excellence! Watch it set a resonace of service that will be sought out and repeated elsewhere. Who cares where it begins, Eastern Canada, India, Detroit, Chicago, Denver, Honolulu, Cork. Let it begin!
