Nizwa fort is the obvious one. MAYBE the Al Hoota cave. We're driving back to Muscat the long way around and staying one night in the desert near Biddiyah, so we'll also stop by Wadi Shab and the Bimmah Sinkhole (at least) on the way back to Muscat
