Checked in for one night on a Category 1-7 free night award. Booked a base room, received a base room. Saw that there was an upgraded view room (Hills) and suite available for sale (I refreshed the app) while waiting in line for check-in. Inquired about upgrade, was told that they were sold out. Was thanked for Globalist and proactively offered 4p checkout.

Prima Donna has closed, last day was Sat Aug 31. Breakfast is served at Canopy Club. F&B service was a total mess on Sep 1, orders took forever, and staff were disorganized.

My wife observed that the fixtures seemed to be in worse condition than a year ago, but I personally didn't notice much wear-and-tear.

Valet continued to be easy to deal with, with prompt service and no issues charging our EV overnight. Metro access is still amazing.

Despite the above, we still enjoyed the stay since the location was perfect for our needs.
