BA avios hotels
Posted this on the HfP forum but no response, (Rob didn’t know either) so posting here for some advice / direction.
Booked 2 rooms in Italy for early August via BA web site - executive club - avios hotels. Cash booking yielding just over 10k avios. Noticed the avios haven’t posted so currently trying to ascertain where and how I actually submit the claim. Process seems quite antiquated in that having waited just over the 21 days for the points to post, I’ve now to complete the form, print it off and post it via Royal Mail, together with the hotel receipt, to BA executive club PO Box 1125 Uxbridge UB8 9XR.
Has anyone had a similar issue / claim ?
