This is good news, and I have stayed in this hotel a few times. It's a well run hotel, and the photo above doesn't really do it justice since it's right on the banks of the River Foyle and in the centre of Londonderry. The only downside I can think of is that the main run of rooms are fairly compact, but that's not unusual in Europe. It does have an indoor 15 metre pool. and a roof terrace, the only one in Derry, though given the local weather conditions that may be unsurprising.
