Long story short- I have a 7 nights points stay and my spouse has a 1 night points stay at zemi resort for next spring break. We just got a free night cert from Hilton but the standard rooms are sold out for the trip. Is it possible to swap out a points stay for a free night cert via chat or calling them? I emailed their reservations, but didn't know if there was a chance. It is a great use of the free night cert and I could then get the points back for a future stay(s) and not worry about expiration dating,
