Stayed here again this time on a family trip. Used an SUA to get a beautiful suite with spectacular views, again agreed this is one of the nicest properties in SF. Second time I've been in that one bedroom suite layout - first time was a complimentary upgrade on another stay.
As usual, underwhelmed with the breakfast. This time tried the hash browns (very unremarkable), thankfully the awful Hyatt Place-style waffles were completely absent, they had some pizza available, kind of cold, fruit the same very basic cut fruit selection, and as usual the croissants were absolutely pedestrian, the usual sort of buns in the shape of croissants that are often on offer in the US. However, the overall ambience of the hotel and the quality of the room itself still would make me stay here over the other Hyatts in San Francisco proper.
