Veuling flight marketed by AA. Baggage?

I'm flying SVQ-BCN-JFK next year with the SVQ to BCN leg on Vueling metal. BCN to JFK is on AA metal. The trip will be purchased on the AA site with an AA flight numbers (AA8853 connecting to AA67). I'm aware that I don't get OneWorld benefits when flying Vueling metal.

Will Veuling transfer my checked bag to AA at BCN? Looking on Expert Flyer it appears that Vueling has interline baggage agreements with most OneWorld carriers, but not AA:

Paper Ticket and Baggage Interline Agreements

MAY ISSUE TICKETS INCLUDING
AV BA EI GP HR HU IB JL LA OZ QR SS

MAY CHECK BAGGAGE TO
AV BA EI GP HR HU IB JL LA OZ QR SS
Anyone have experience checking bags through to AA with Vueling?

I've also read that tickets on Vueling issued by other OW carriers include a free checked bag and an underseat carry-on. Does anyone know if AA issued tickets on Vueling receive those benefits?
