Hmmm... Not doubting what you are saying. I only saw them start popping up 3 to 4 months ago. AAA is the rate I use the most often, so I would have expected to encounter them earlier based on your experience. End result is the same regardless of when the AAA prepay rates started, read the fine print to ensure you are aware of the T & C's for all AAA rates before booking. Yes, I know that is true for all rates; however, the name of the rate used to correlate to the T & C's. That is no longer true.
