Had a pleasant check-in with Kylie in SYD:

She knew that I was one of the last SEs to check in with her for an actual BP, noted my spot on the upgrade list (was looking unlikely, but that is a different story), and asked me proactively if I wanted a PY middle seat in the event I got that instead of J.

Kylie also looked out for me once my waitlist cleared, and let me in a different line as the area was crowded by Zone 3 passengers who were boarding.

She even came onboard to check on the SEs!
